No Refunds or Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and approved for production.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details before submitting their order, including:

• Garment sizes

• Colors

• Quantities

• Design placement

• Artwork, logos, and text

• Spelling and grammar

The English League is not responsible for errors that have been approved by the customer prior to production.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrectly produced due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To investigate the issue, we may request:

• Clear photographs of the item

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

If we determine that the error was caused by The English League, we may offer a replacement item at our discretion.

Color and Design Variations

Please note that colors may vary slightly between digital proofs, computer screens, and the final printed product. Minor variations in color, placement, or sizing are considered normal and are not grounds for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Shipping

The English League is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
